In the Northumberland & Tyneside League Division 2, skipper Liam Hindmarsh hit a century as Tillside recorded a six wicket victory over Blagdon Park 1sts.

Blagdon batted first and they put on a respectable 184-9 in their innings, with Calum Bickerton and new bowler Greg Davidson claiming three wickets apiece. But Hindmarsh led by example with the bat and his unbeaten 111 was the mainstay of the Tillside tally, which topped 188-4.
