Getting a good night's sleep is vital for your health and wellbeing.

These are being hosted by Berwick Rotary Club which has become increasingly concerned at the number of mental health issues.

Each session is run by professionals working in the area of emotional wellbeing and is open to individuals as well as friends and family.

The initial meeting in November was well attended and resulted in a regular pop-up wellbeing clinic being run from Berwick Workspace – a small but worthwhile step in making locally based and easily accessed help available.

Tuesday’s talk will be by Jo Ludbrook, a psychological wellbeing practitioner from Talking Matters and will be at 7pm for a 7.15pm start in the Upper West Street restaurant. All welcome, free.
