Dalgleish Citroen in Coldstream recently took to the hills to raise money for this year's BBC Children in Need appeal raising £2,038 by taking part in a national ramble.

A member of staff had been watching an episode of the BBC TV show Countryfile encouraging people to ramble for the 2016 appeal.

The seed was planted and within a few weeks the entire staff, accompanied by friends and family, had signed up for the walk.

The 20km route took in part of the St Cuthbert’s Way long-distance path, starting from Wooler and finishing in the village of Kirk Yetholm.

They raised a £2,038 for the appeal, which has once again raised millions for children.
