Pair land new roles at holiday park company
A holiday park company has taken on two new members of senior staff.
Parkdean Resorts, which owns four holiday parks in Northumberland and the Scottish Borders, has created senior roles within the human resources department to help implement strategies to develop talent at the company.
Claire Buckingham takes up a new position as head of reward and recognition, while Carla O’May has been appointed the company’s first head of executive development.
Maggie Pavlou, director of HR at Parkdean Resorts, said: “As a large employer of over 7,000 people during peak season, our people really are the heart of our business, and the appointments of Claire and Carla in these newly created roles show our commitment to their needs.”
