The group thanks everyone who supported itscoffee morning at Crookham Village Hall which raised £325.75 for TillVAS funds. TillVAS particularly appreciated the help of Alistair McKenzie and Allan Wightman, metal detectorists, who kindly brought an amazing selection of artefacts from all periods and all found locally. They formed the centre point of the morning and there was a considerable amount of interest.

On Saturday, at Crookham Village Hall from 2pm to 4pm, there is an opportunity to see the archives which TillVAS is building up to help with its Village Atlas Project which is sponsored by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Maps, documents and photographs of Crookham and Branxton will be on view.
