North East NHS staff win national award for service provision
Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (NTW), a provider of mental health and disability services has been awarded the highly acclaimed Provider of the Year award at the annual Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards.
The HSJ Awards, now in their 36th year recognises, celebrate and promote the finest achievements in the NHS and are the most sought after accolade in British healthcare.
Judges were unanimous in their decision and said the trust was a true exemplar of how focussing on evidence based, value driven and safety focussed care – complimented with a clear digital strategy has enabled fantastic performance.
