Norham and Islandshire residents invited to meetings
The parish councils of Ord, Norham, Horncliffe, Shoreswood, Duddo, Ancroft, Kyloe and Holy Island are jointly starting work on the preparation of a neighbourhood plan for the area.
Neighbourhood plans are prepared by the local community and, once made, become part of the statutory development plan for the area.
The plan will guide development up to 2032.
Residents’ views on special places to be protected, the type of development they want to see in the future and what kind of houses should be built and where.
