New homes on pets' wish list for 2018
We are now open for enquiries about all the animals we currently have in kennels looking for new homes.
It would be nice to start the New Year by finding homes for some of the rabbits we have at kennels.
The lovely Funny Bunny found a home after over two years at kennels.
Let’s hope some of her pervious neighbours like super fluffy and super friendly Lopsey, or bonded pair Molly and Patch or even one of the six-month-old bunnies we have looking for homes will find one a lot quicker.
We hope that at least some of the guineas will be well enough to go to new homes shortly.
They are all females and we will only rehome in minimum of pairs.
As time passes they are becoming quite chatty and enjoying a bit of interaction with us.
We have some great dogs in including lots of smaller types.
However, if you expect to pick up a perfect dog, a rescue dog is not for you.
If you want to work with a rescue dog then you efforts will reap rewards and an almost prefect dog might not be too far away.
Well, that is to say no one is perfect not even our canine friends.
If you are looking for something slight more unusual what about a snake.
While snakes are not everyone’s cup of tea it is amazing how they have their own personalities and likes and dislikes.
Gary, who might be described as a ghost corn snake, prefers to be under a rock unless he’s hungry.
You will soon know when he is hungrgy as he will then pop his head out and try to hypnotise you into bringing his breakfast.
Coral, a striking milk snake, is quite different.
She prefers to be out and about checking out everything that is going on.
All the snakes we have are okay to be handled and eating and shedding well.
