Money keeps support going

Recently, our little charity was delighted to welcome our town's former mayor, Isabel Hunter, and sheriff Michael Richardson to Alz Cafe, where they presented us with a cheque for £750.

Isabel very kindly chose our charity as one of the recipients of the money she had raised during her term in office.

Isabel and Michael enthusiastically joined in with our Singing for Fun.

They suggested that our Alz Cafe Choir should perform at The Party On The Parade in May. The jury is still out on this one. Keep up with our activities on our Facebook page.

Anyhow, a huge thank-you to Isabel. This money will help to ensure that our little charity is able to continue to give support and friendship not only to our members who have dementia, but also their carers. Thanks again.
