The first lecture of our new season will be by Dr Brian Moffat, an archaeological botanist best known for his work on the medieval hospital at Soutra Aisle in Mid Lothian.

On Sunday, October 7 our James IV Memorial Lecture will be given by Dr Alex Hildred, curator of the Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth.
