This lady kept us all busy ‘moving’ every muscle whilst seated. This was very amusing, like wind turbines swinging. It was very good and enjoyable. The music was a great help. We were not quite sure how we would feel the following morning.

Traci has a gift to keep everybody moving, whilst keeping us laughing. The vote of thanks was given by Val Hart.

After a delicious supper of sandwiches, cakes and tea we said goodbye to our visitors and settled down to business.

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. Our Strawberry Cream Tea on August 24, which had been open to visitors, had been a great success as we had a book stall, tombola and raffle.
