Horse Time is an equine facilitated learning combined with psychological trauma therapy and is designed to enable people suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD or severe illness/disability cope with their difficulties. Within this framework, Sue worked with a veteran from KOSB and his wife to develop the Horses for Forces programme which is specifically aimed at providing support to Veterans and First Responders suffering from PTSD.

Our next meeting is at 2pm on Thursday, July 5, in Norham Village Hall when Jackie Hamblett, President of Berwick WI, will be demonstrating a flower arrangement. New members will be warmly welcomed.
