Gill Walton, of Allanbank Arts, has already run her very popular Life Drawing class for BEA twice this year, but because class numbers are necessarily limited, there is still a demand for this to be repeated.

On Monday, November 7, she will therefore be starting to repeat her successful five-week course, An Introduction to Life Drawing, to help develop the life-drawing skills of amateur artists.

The course will be suitable for beginners with little or no experience of life-drawing, but practising artists, who would like the opportunity to work with a life model will be equally welcome.

The course will successively cover basic drawing techniques, simple anatomy, heads and portraits, tonal values and light, and flesh tones and pastel.

The course will take place on Monday mornings, from November 7 to December 5, from 10am to 12.30pm, at the Conference Room, Berwick YHA, at Dewars Lane Granary, Berwick. The full course costs £65.
