Hospice receives 4x4

Blackshaws has provide another vehicle to HospiceCare to help Sue Gilbertson and her team support families all over north Northumberland in times of need.  HospiceCare home visits are vital to the local community and the Suzuki Jimny 4x4 will allow the team to reach even the most remote places whatever the driving conditions.

“We greatly value our partnership with HospiceCare as it provides us with an opportunity to give something back to the local community,” said Sue Blackshaw.

On receiving the keys, Sue Gilbertson said: “The Jimny has been an invaluable vehicle for our clinical team to use, It has ensured that whatever the weather, we have been able to continue to deliver our Hospice at Home services to some of the most rural parts of North Northumberland.”
