Freeman's long service recognised

Michael W Herriot, chairman of the Berwick Freemans Guild presents a specially commissioned painting of the town to Arthur Herriot, for 41 years service with the Freemans Guild committee and 25 years as a Berwick Corporation Freeman Trustee. The presentation was made at the Freemens annual Christmas party in the Guildhall.

Michael W Herriot, chairman of the Guild of Freemen of Berwick-upon-Tweed, is pictured presenting a specially-commissioned painting of the town to Arthur Herriot, for 41 years’ service with the Freemen’s Guild committee and 25 years as a Berwick Corporation (Freemen) trustee.

The presentation was made at the Freemen’s annual Christmas party in the Guildhall on Saturday.
