The church requires a toilet. As it is Grade II listed and parts of the building are over 700 years old, the installation is no easy matter. However, it is considered a necessity.

The coffee morning is on Saturday, March 11, from 10am to noon. There will be homemade produce, a book stall and a raffle.

We will also have copies of some of the baptism, marriage and burial records for the Parish of Ford and Etal, plus some of the 18th century Poor Law records. Perhaps you have links with the parish, which extends from Barelees to Kimmerston and includes the villages of Crookham, Ford and Etal? Your family may well be mentioned in the records. Links or not, the records make fascinating reading.

All are welcome. Entry, which includes coffee or tea and biscuits, is by donation.
