Challenge entry earns discount through sponsor
Cotswold Outdoor, a specialist retailer of outdoor equipment, clothing and accessories, is this year’s headline sponsor for the annual event, which will take place on Saturday, September 2.
The company is giving all entrants a 15 per cent discount in-store and online, which could be used to purchase equipment needed to take part in the event, comprising a choice of 17 and 22-mile routes.

Hide AdThe Cheviot Challenge event raises around £3,000 of the £20,000 needed each year to keep the team operational.
During 2016, it responded to 66 incidents, the busiest year on record.
The event starts and finishes at the Rose & Thistle Inn, Alwinton, and is designed as a personal challenge that is accessible to all with a good level of fitness.
The mountain rescue team will be in strategic places along the routes to provide encouragement and light refreshments and to ensure the safe running of the event.
