Hospice Nurse Manager, Sue Gilbertson, and William Blackshaw, of Blackshaws, with the Suzuki Swift.

The firm, which has a base in Alnwick, has presented the Suzuki Swift to HospiceCare North Northumberland.

It will be used by the clinical team, helping them to carry out their vital work in the area.

William Blackshaw said: “We are delighted to offer our support to HospiceCare once again. The Suzuki Swift is one of our most popular vehicles and we hope it will be useful to the hospice for its home visits.

“As a well-established company in this area we are always happy to help where we can as we feel it is very important to give something back to our local community.”
