Brain injury charity holds AGM
The north Northumberland branch of Headway, the brain injury association, has said farewell to network support manager Alastair White, right.
He is leaving ater nearly 12 years in the position to join a UK-wide organisation.
At the charity’s annual general meeting, he was thanked for all his hard work and devotion and president, Tom Hamill, presented him with a signed card and a beautiful framed print of Berwick as a reminder of his time here.

Members have enjoyed many activities throughout the year, thanks to funds raised via sponsored walks, a coffee morning, collections at a Berwick Rangers football match and The Maltings theatre, running a stall at Spittal Gala and at a charity café at Kelso Races. Various local businesses and organisations have also supported the charity for many years.
Headway members meet every third Wednesday at 10.30am at St Cuthbert’s Hall. All welcome.
