Animal encounters for students

Zoolab visited Tweedmouth Middle School to help Year 6 pupils with their science work.

Zoolab visited Tweedmouth Middle School.

They brought a royal python, tortoise, tree frog, tarantula, giant millipede and a hedgehog for the pupils to interact with. The purpose of the visit was to teach the children about adaptation and variation, which they have been learning.

Year 5 and 6 pupils also took part in a zumbathon to raise money for the NSPCC followed by class workshops.
