Cheviot Glamping, on Ford and Etal Estates, will offer a luxury camping experience to visitors who can choose to stay in a bespoke designed glamping pod or bell tent.
Visitors will be able to sample the Cheviot Brewery’s cask ales in Cheviot Tap, the onsite bar, whilst relaxing besides Slainsfield Wood.

“We made the first steps towards that last summer when we opened Cheviot Tap, our onsite tap bar, which proved instantly popular.”
The site’s six bell tents each feature a comfortable double bed, whilst the two pods each feature a double bunk, en-suite shower room and kitchenette, catering for outdoor loving families.
Site manager Ellie Bain said: “Whilst glamping continues to grow in popularity, Cheviot Glamping is pretty unique as there aren’t many with an onsite bar serving award winning cask ale brewed on the site.

"It is a peaceful retreat, well placed for hiking, cycling and the history and attractions of north Northumberland.”
The site also boasts three alpacas; Hops, Malt and Porter which have moved into a paddock on the campsite. Visitors will be able to take part in alpaca experiences, and from the summer, weekly alpaca trekking experiences will be available.
The site, built by the brewery team alongside local specialists and trades people, will accommodate a maximum of 35 people this year.
