The Grade II listed Presbyterian church conversion in North Sunderland, Seahouses, has operated as a luxury bed and breakfast and, latterly, a family home.
The church itself was constructed in around 1810 and completely renovated 12 years ago, a project which included many modern upgrades whilst still retaining lots of the original features including the pulpit, which is now a ‘balcony’ viewing area on the first floor.
The altar table is now incorporated as a centre island in the kitchen, and there are even some of the original pillars and panelling remaining.
The four bedroom property is being marketed by Yopa with an asking price of £575,000.
