Bellway, which is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is offering up to £15,000 cashback to customers who purchase a new-build home before the end of January.

Launched on Boxing Day, Bellway’s national cashback incentive scheme is available on selected plots at developments across the country.

Under the deal, buyers can get up to £15,000 cashback from the company when they complete their purchase of one of its properties.

The money goes straight into their account for them to spend as they please - ideal for extras such as new furniture, or to go towards mortgage payments, booking a holiday, or anything else they like.

And housebuyers in Northumberland can take advantage of the scheme by purchasing a stylish and sustainable Bellway home at the company’s new Meadowcroft development in the village of Longframlington.

Already attracting a lot of interest following its recent launch, the development features stunning homes including 48 four and five-bedroom houses for private sale as well as five two and three-bedroom affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.

Meadowcroft includes housetypes from the company’s Artisan collection, Bellway’s flagship range.

This includes the spacious Poplar house style, which has five bedrooms and a stunning open-plan kitchen/dining/family room as well as a living room, study, and utility room. Two of the bedrooms have their own en suite shower rooms, while bedrooms three and four share a ‘Jack and Jill’ style en suite, plus there is a family bathroom too.

Meadowcroft has been designed with sustainability in mind, with an acre and a half of open space, a pond, wetland grass areas, and landscape planting. It includes fruit and berry trees and bushes to provide food for wildlife. Bat and bird boxes will also be installed at more than half of the homes.

All the properties will have a charging point for electric vehicles.

Meadowcroft is in a magnificent rural location in the heart of the Northumberland countryside and yet is well connected to the roads network. Newcastle City Centre is just 25 miles away and Morpeth town centre is 11 miles away.
