Dom Dixon took on the challenge from Cresswell to Berwick following the sad passing of his Aunt Jac and Uncle Alistair to cancer within six months of each other.
He originally set out to raise £750 for Cancer Research UK’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign but has so far raised £1,910 plus £394 in gift aid.

Hide AdDom, originally from Berwick but now working at FMC in Dunfermline, was joined by his co-worker Graham and friend Neil Craig, from Berwick.
Neil’s firm, GMC Builders, provided vehicle transport to the start line and another Berwick firm, CRF Decorators, provided the driver.
They completed the challenge in 7.5 hours after coping with a stiff headwind for the whole day, as well as the mixture of tarmac, gravel, grass and a bit of sand along the route.
