THE spectacular Langton watersplash stage on the outskirts of Duns is returning as a feature of this year’s Jim Clark Rally, one of Scotland’s top motorsport events.

The popular Langton stage, which in the past has attracted thousands of spectators over the Duns-based rally weekend, will be a feature in the international, national and Reivers rallies during the weekend to be held this year from Friday, May 31, to Sunday, June 2.

The Jim Clark Rally is the only closed road rally in the UK. Staged over three days you can see the International, National, Challenge, Historic, Reivers and Landrover rallies with all stages in the fabulous Berwickshire countryside.

The event will have a ceremonial start in Duns on the Friday with the international and national events finishing in Kelso on Saturday, June 1, after two days of thrilling, high-speed action.

The Reivers Rally will start and finish in Duns on Sunday, June 2.

The international rally is once again a counter in the MSA British Rally Championship while the Reivers Rally is again a round of the Scottish Rally Championship. This means that the top drivers from all over the UK, and further afield, will be competing.
