Latest addition to Sailing Club

BERWICK Sailing Club has acquired a new rescue boat with help from the Community Foundation Local Network for Children and from Berwick Youth Project.
The grant has not only gone towards the rescue boat, which has been bought to enable safe sailing in the bay, but also on powerboat courses and first aid courses for members.
Earlier in the summer a 12 week introduction to sailing course was also organised by the club which proved very successful and was only made possible thanks to the funding received for which the club are very grateful.
