One-vehicle crash in north Northumberland this afternoon

The incident happened up towards Shipley Lane, between Alnwick and Eglingham. Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service received the call at 2.45pm and a spokesman said that the casualty was out of the vehicle when crews arrived. He said that the casualty was given first aid by crews, before being passed into the care of paramedics.
