Have your say

Hot on the heels of last year’s highly praised inaugural event, children in Year 4 at Holy Trinity First School have been hard at work preparing for their art exhibition which opens next week.

The exhibition, to be held at The Watchtower Gallery in Tweedmouth, celebrates a year of artwork themed around philosophy and thinking skills.

Illustrator and painter Brita Granstrom recently accompanied the children on a trip to Spittal beach where they gained inspiration for some of their exhibits.

The pupils are very keen to display their creations which will be on show to the public on Tuesday and Wednesday (May 20 and 21) from 4-6pm. Visitors welcome. A preview for parents is being held on Monday.
