Residents are being asked to share their experiences of healthcare to help improve local provision.
By gathering patient stories, NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) hopes to ensure that the services it buys are right for local people.
Northumberland CCG is encouraging residents to share their local experiences with health services over the last two years. Patients can describe something that happened in any healthcare setting - for example, in general practice (GP), an emergency care situation, dentist, pharmacy, at home or in a clinic. The experience can be something they liked or something that didn’t work so well for them or someone they know.
The experiences are collected in an anonymous way and no person or organisation will be identified. Get involved at www.northumberlandccg.nhs.uk/get-involved/tell-us-your-experience-of-local-nhs-care/
