Norham St Ceolwulf's pupils hosting a Marie Curie Blooming Great Tea Party

Pupils from Norham St Ceolwulf’s First School held a Marie Curie Blooming Great Tea
Party last Wednesday. Parents and friends of the school came along to enjoy music as well as home baked treats.

The Year 3 and 4 children provided the music on their violins which they have been
learning to play in school. With the help of Frances Ord they demonstrated what they
have been doing in their lessons and then played a variety of tunes.

The Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children provided the food which they had been
preparing over the last few weeks including strawberry jam, cupcakes and scones.

This was all served with tea in china teacups! An excellent £260 was raised in donations for the charity.
