Following on from the success of last year’s inaugural events, the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne Castle are to stage supper club evenings again this summer.
The events are a collaboration between the Newcastle supper club provider The Grazer and the National Trust.
Anna Hedworth of The Grazer said: “Last summer we hosted four incredible evenings at Lindisfarne Castle and on the Farne Islands. The sun shone, guests enjoyed their amazing surrounds and ate and drank into the night.”
The evening’s dining includes aperitifs and canapés, a set four course sharing menu of fresh local seafood platters, slow cooked Northumberland meats and plentiful puddings with matched wines and coffee.
Claire Ashby, visitor experience manager for The National Trust said: “We are delighted to once again be working with Anna to deliver these very special dining events in our unique places – the evenings will include private guided tours and the opportunity to enjoy delicious food, in two of the most iconic, beautiful venues in the north east.”
Events are at Lindisfarne Castle on July 25-26 and the Farnes on August 2 & 9. Tickets are £99 per person and can be booked on 01289 389244.
