Barbara Rattcliff has retired as a trustee of the Glendale Gateway Trust after 14 years’ service.

A former chairman of the trust, Barbara has in recent years been treasurer.

At the trust’s AGM at the Cheviot Centre in Wooler , Barbara (centre) was presented with a bouquet by current chairman Patsy Healey and trust director Tom Johnston.

“Barbara has been a major part of the trust since the early days” said Mrs Healey. “Her leadership and advice over the years has helped build our reputation with partners and with the Glendale community.

“We’ll miss her as a trustee, but know that she’ll be around to keep an eye on us, because she will continue to be a regular visitor and user of the Cheviot Centre.”

At the AGM Alison Hilton, Frank Mansfield and Julian Bales were elected as trustees for the next three years. Frank Mansfield will be vice-chairman, Mark Cuddigan will be treasurer, David Buckle will chair the asset development group and Rob Marriner will continue as chair the housing group.
