Plans to make floats parade even better

AFTER the successful revival of the Tweedmouth Feast floats parade, the date of next year’s event has been released to give the community time to make their plans.

The Salmon Queen crowning will take place on Thursday, July 18 and the float parade will be on Sunday, July 21.

Committee chairman, Jim Herbert said: “We decided to announce next year’s dates to enable organisations in Berwick to get planning how they can join in this wonderful carnival. This year’s entries were fantastic. Next year we want to make it bigger, better and louder.”
