£3000 of cigarettes stolen from Co-op

THREE thousand pounds worth of cigarettes have been stolen from the Co-op store in Seahouses.

Thieves smashed the front shop front window and entered the store at 3.30am on Monday, February 25.

Once inside they stole £3,000 worth of cigarettes from the display.

Berwick CID officers are keen to speak to anybody who has any information about this crime.

They are specifically looking to trace any vehicles which were seen on the roads leading to and from Seahouses in the hour before and after the burglary (any time between 2.30 and 4.30am).
