St Aidan Hotel in Seahouses has gone on the market for an asking price of £550,000.
Located on the sea front, the hotel overlooks the Farne Islands and is being marketed by specialist hotel agents Colliers International.
The property has eight en suite bedrooms and a self-contained flat that is currently used as owners’ accommodation by the current owners, John and Sue Gibson.
According to Colliers International, the property is going onto the market as its turnover and profits are up year-on-year.
Peter Bean, director of Hotels Agency, Colliers International said: “The business is run on simple B & B lines, so it’s all fairly straightforward and the owners are able to enjoy the winter off. If buyers follow this template they will enjoy high profits and a very rewarding lifestyle in a beautiful location.”
