ARCH has linked up with a leading company, HR4UK, to offer Northumberland small businesses six months free access to an extensive online human resources service.

se Businesses in Northumberland employing up to 50 staff can use the service to set up contracts of employment and employee handbooks.

The service also offers a host of additional employee benefits, such as access to discounted healthcare and leisure activities.
