LOCAL lads The Warehouse Announcement are rocking out in the Borders next weekend when they support The Bon Jovi Experience at Galashiels Volunteer Hall.

The band have been busy of late starring at the Border Green Festival, Newcastle's 02 Academy and last weekend's Rowchester Festival and now they are lining up alongside an act that have a number of famous fans including Jon Bon Jovi himself.

The Bon Jovi Experience are frontman Jon Bon Jovi clone Tony; Jon (Tico) - drums; Steve C (Hugh)- bass; Chris (Dave) keyboards and their very own Richie Sambora, Edd on guitars.

With a sound and image that resemble the real thing it's no wonder they have attracted their fair share of attention and admirers including Nickelback's Chad Kroeger who on seeing the band perform said: "Have you seen this guy? He looks so much like Jon Bon Jovi it's freaky man!" And Radio DJ Chris Evans simply described The Bon Jovi Experience as "the best tribute act he had ever seen."

Then, on Monday November 13, 2006, Tony and the band received the ultimate accolade when they were requested by Bon Jovi to perform live at the Hard Rock Cafe in London for the celebrations surrounding Bon Jovi's induction into the UK Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
