ONE of traditional music's best known faces will be setting up shop in The Maltings next month for a half term Fiddle Workshop.

Carly Blain ran a successful teaching programme last summer and after high demand for another, will be at the Berwick venue on February 18 and 19 from 10.30am-2.30pm each day.

The workshop is open to youngsters who have been playing the fiddle for a year and there are 10 places.

Youngsters will show off what they've learnt in a concert at the end of the two days and the cost of the course is £35. For more information or to book call in at The Maltings box office or ring (01289) 330999.
