Alnwick's Bailiffgate Museum stages virtual showcase of works by Felton Art Group
and live on Freeview channel 276
Its first exhibition of 2021 will be virtual – with the Felton Art Group showing 48 of their pieces online from now until March 28 that are available to buy from Bailiffgate.
Jo Hume has led the Felton Art Group for over 20 years and is an artist with a philosophy centred on developing each artists’ expressive visual language on subjects close to their hearts.

Hide AdThe 24-strong group, from beginners to established artists, meets weekly to explore and challenge their creativity and techniques.
In the last year, relying only on virtual contact the artists have dug deep to find the motivations and meaning that have driven their art making in unprecedented times.
Twelve members of the group have submitted pieces for this exhibition that are stunning and thought-provoking with unexpected outcomes and intriguing stories.
Catherine Neil, exhibitions and programme manager, said: “The Bailiffgate volunteers have really stepped up to the mark in these challenging times by increasing our online content and this is our first fully virtual exhibition with a fabulous range of artwork.
